October 13, 2025 – Weekly Weigh-in

I haven’t weighed myself since October 1st. I tend to obsess with the scale, so I don’t do it everyday. Today, I decided it was a good day, knowing the I’m generally up a bit after the weekend. To my surprise, I was down another pound – that makes 8.5 pounds in 5 weeks!

What I’ve found using Keto is that I don’t feel deprived. My energy is steady and I feel like the food I’m eating is actually nourishing my body, giving me the motivation to exercise. My digestion is much more consistent than before.

I’ve also been taking my measurements and occasionally trying on clothes that I know have been too tight in the past. This morning, I was down another 1/2″ in my chest, waist and hips! So, I’m losing all over. 🎉 I encourage anyone losing weight to measure, not just weigh. A lot of time, the results show earlier than on the scale!

I have this one pair of jeans that I use as one of my goalposts. When I tried them on a few days ago, I was able to zip them up, but they’re still a little oo snug to feel comfortable in them. Still, it’s visible progress!
