My name is Dana! Welcome to the blog for my Keto Journey. I’ve been following the Keto way of life on and off for years, but recently decided to get serious about losing weight and becoming healthier. I turn 60 next year and my goal is to start this next decade feeling healthy and fit!
When I decided to start Keto again, I knew I needed to do something different that I had in the past, which was get into a rut and get bored eating the same few meals. I love to cook and try new things, so I decided to get creative in the kitchen and eating out.
